The Rocks YHA was fine, we have stayed there many times. One small item of feedback; the staff at Reception need to know (or have a handy list of) public transport access to major Sydney attractions. EG, during my stay I wanted to visit the Art Gallery of NSW. Yes, I know I can walk there (and have done so in the past) but it looked like rain and I did not want to get caught. I asked if there was a bus to the AGNSW. the two people behind the counter assured me there was not.

Would love to know of any other place to stay in the middle of a city with such amazing views, so close to everything and at such an affordable price. Loved my stay here.

Was recommended by a friend of mine who stayed there earlier this year. Was a great location in the heart of the Sydney CBD and easy to get to and was very nice and peaceful no noise from other guests. I enjoyed it and so did my husband.
